Instructions:

Warm the beer slightly and let the yeast and salt dissolve in it. Add the mixture to the flour form and knead for about 10 min at slow speed with the food processor. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest at room temperature for about 40 minutes. Then knead briefly and mix in the remaining ingredients.

Either shape the bread or fill it into a lightly greased mold.

Let the bread rest for another 10 minutes. Then place in the cold oven on the lowest shelf and bake at 200 degrees (top and bottom heat) for 50-60 min. Right at the beginning, place a shallow, fireproof dessert bowl with hot water on the bottom of the oven, so that there is enough moisture in the baking chamber.

This savory bread tastes good with cheese, but it is just as delicious with jam.
