For the chocolate cookie banana slice, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Mix flour with baking powder and slowly stir in. Line a baking tray with baking paper, spread the batter on it and bake at 200 °C (top and bottom heat) for approx. 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
Slice the bananas and spread on the sponge. Stir QimiQ until smooth. Whip the cream. Fold the QimiQ and vanilla sugar into the whipped cream.
Spread the cream over the bananas. Finally, spread the chocolate cookies over the cream.
