Instructions:

For the fish and spinach casserole, wash the fish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Salt, pepper and cut into pieces.

Wash the spinach, blanch and drain. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Layer the fish with the spinach and tomatoes in a greased baking dish, sprinkle the grated cheese and butter flakes on top.

Bake in the preheated oven at 220 °C for about 40 minutes.
