Rinse and clean the spring onions, cut them off. Sauté in hot oil with the hominy and the washed and grated carrot. Peel and crush the garlic. Add to the vegetables in the form of rosemary and sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix half of the vegetable mixture with bread crumbs, eggs, oat flakes and mustard into the minced meat. Rinse parsley, chop, knead in with remaining spices. Form dough into meat loaves, place in a large ovenproof dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees (U: 160 degrees /G: level 3) for 15 minutes. Serve on the remaining vegetables kept warm.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
