Heat olive oil in a saucepan and melt the spinach in it. Season with salt and pepper.

In another pot, heat the butter and sweat the flour in it. Then add the milk and let it boil down.

Cut the defrosted salmon into slices.

In a greased baking dish, alternate layers of lasagna, spinach, salmon and sauce. Sprinkle the cheese on the top layer of sauce and bake the lasagna in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 20-25 minutes.
