Instructions:

For the lasagna with spinach, first prepare the bolognese. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in oil. Add the minced meat and fry it as well.

Add the tomato pieces and spices and simmer for about 40 minutes. For the béchamel sauce, heat the butter and slowly stir in the flour. Slowly pour the warm milk over it, bringing to a boil while stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

For the lasagna, butter the mold, forming a layer of lasagna sheets, then Bolognese, then spinach, then Bechámel sauce, then mozzarella. The last layer is bechamel sauce. Spread the butter flakes on top.

Bake the lasagna with spinach at 180 °C top-bottom heat for 50 minutes.
