For the spinach lasagna, mix whipped cream, egg, créme fraîche and Parmesan cheese.

In a gratin dish, start with the lasagna sheets, top with a layer of grated Gouda and then with thawed spinach leaves. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Pour some egg-whipped cream mixture over it and layer lasagne sheets on top again. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used up. Finish with spinach, sauce and grated cheese.

Bake the spinach lasagna in the oven at 200° C (convection oven) for 25 minutes.
