Beat turkey cutlets, season with salt and pepper on both sides and cover with ham and cheese. Roll meat into roulades and pin with a toothpick. Sear roulades briefly, then remove. Cut the zucchini into slices, fry and add the chopped garlic and the diced peppers. Deglaze with a little water, place the turkey roulades on top of the vegetables and cover. Steam the vegetables and meat for 15-20 minutes. Then, if necessary, still without the lid vegetables simmer a little.
