For the Mozartkugeln, turn the nougat into small balls about 1.5 cm in size and chill. Roll out the marzipan between cling film and cut out circles with a round cutter.

Coat the nougat with the marzipan and twist into a round shape. Heat chocolate glaze, turn balls in it, lift out with a praline fork and let harden on foil.
