A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Rinse and chop the parsley, also chop the sunflower seeds and capers.

Mix the parsley, sunflower seeds and capers with the olive oil, season with pepper. Because of the high salt content of the capers, salting is usually not necessary, but taste for yourself!

Make pasta of your choice to go with it. A little grated Parmesan cheese with it can be, but does not have to be.
