For the gray bread with spicy mushrooms and arugula, first clean the mushrooms with a brush and cut them into slices.
Wash the pointed peppers, divide them, remove the core and the fruit walls and cut them into small cubes. Peel the onion and cut into fine strips.
Wash the arugula, shake it dry and read it out. Place the gray bread on a plate and spread the arugula over it. In a small pan, heat the chili butter and saute the onion in it.
Add the peppers and a little later the mushrooms. Sauté everything while stirring until the mushrooms have lost their liquid. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes from the mill.
Spread the mushroom mixture on the arugula and serve the gray bread with spicy mushrooms and arugula.
