For the salmon sauce, peel and dice the onion. Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté onion cubes in it.

Stir in sour cream, horseradish, and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Cut salmon into small pieces and add to sauce.

Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately with pasta.
