For the colorful pasta casserole with salmon strips, cook the ribbon noodles in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and drain well.

Rinse the salmon fillet with cold water and pat dry. Cut the fillet into bite-sized strips, acidify with the juice of one lemon and pepper. Mix the salmon strips with the cooked pasta.
