Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

4. make pasta in salted water 2-3 min, drain, drain. Form into a warm baking dish and fold in butter.
Place salmon cubes over pasta and serve on the spot.
Salmon cubes with lemon-caper sauce: 1. Cut salmon fillet into 1 ½ cm long pieces. Sauté with olive oil over medium heat on all sides. Salt, season with pepper, remove from frying pan and set aside.
For the sauce, finely dice shallots and garlic.
Squeeze 1 lemon, cut out the fillets from the other lemon and finely grate the peel.
