Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Clean the cauliflower, cut into roses, rinse. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Sauté cauliflower and meat in it. Season with salt. Add peeled, diced onion, then the soy sauce. Fry briefly. Pour in the beef broth. Cook for 35 minutes. Bind with maizena (cornstarch) mixed in cold water. While making cauliflower and meat, cook pasta in boiling salted water for 10 min. Drain. Heat the remaining oil.

Roast the noodles in it until golden brown. Add to the meat, heat and bring to the table.
