Blanch spinach in salted water, drain.
In a frying pan, sauté onion and garlic in hot oil until onions are translucent.
Add spinach, season with seasonings, add crème fraîche.
Briefly roast seeds in butter, add to spinach form.
Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
