For the salad ” de Luxe” wash the lettuce thoroughly and spin dry. Wash the cucumber and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Make dressing from mustard, oil, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.

Peel, halve and slice the shallot. Toast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan without adding fat. Cook the pasta in enough salted water until al dente. Then drain, rinse with cold water and drain well.

Mix lettuce, shallot and pasta well and arrange on a large plate. Drizzle dressing over it, cut salmon slices into fine strips and place over salad.

Garnish the salad “de Luxe” with pomegranate seeds and toasted sesame seeds and serve.
