Homemade Crunchy Muesli

Mix all ingredients well, except the dried fruit, and let sit for a few minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top-bottom heat.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the muesli on it. Roast in the oven for about 15 minutes. Turn at least every 5 minutes and keep an eye on the muesli to make sure nothing burns.

Allow the muesli to cool and then mix in the dried fruit.
