Instructions:

Heat the oil, dice the bacon, finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté, add the pieces of oxtail. Season with salt and pepper, pour in beer and steam for 2 hours. Add beef broth in between. Finally, chop celery, peel tomatoes and stew. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
