Cut zucchini lengthwise into narrow slices. Make in boiling salted water for one minute. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Sauté onion rings in oil, sprinkle with paprika.
Cut mushrooms and onions into slices. Place 3 zucchini slices, mushroom slices and onion rings on a piece of aluminum foil form. Mix herb butter with green pepper and put a teaspoon on each vegetable. Close the foil.
Grill on the broiler for about 15 minutes.
Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these also stand out for their fresh taste!
