Try this delicious pasta dish:

Sort out spinach, rinse thoroughly and drain. Peel onions and garlic clove and chop finely. Heat olive oil and butter in a large saucepan. Briefly fry the pine nuts in it. Add the onions and garlic and cook until translucent. Now add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes at low temperature with the lid closed. At the same time cook the ribbon noodles in enough bubbling hot salted water until al dente (firm to bite). After 5 min of cooking, add a good dash of oil to the water. Chop both types of ham into small pieces. Drain the pasta. Pour into a warmed bowl and mix with spinach and ham. Season with salt and freshly grated nutmeg. Serve immediately. Serve with grilled roast lamb or possibly veal or possibly pork chops. A rose is recommended as a drink.
