Place the elderflowers together with the lemon slices in a large container. Sprinkle with sugar and pour wine vinegar.

When the sugar has melted, pour five liters of boiled, cooled water and stir.

After 2-3 days, pour through a sieve and fill into bottles. This juice can now be drunk well chilled.

Note to inventor: tastes refreshing and exquisitely quenches thirst.

For the sparkling wine, close the bottles with stubble – tie the stubble. Ready to drink after 4 weeks.
