A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Sift flour into a wide bowl, add butter and sour cream and work well with a mixer (dough hook).

Knead by hand on a floured surface to a smooth dough, form rolls (diameter 2.5 cm) and leave to cool for a few hours (preferably overnight).

Cut the rolls into slices (about 1/2 cm thick) and place them on greased baking sheets. Brush the rolls with a little milk, sprinkle with sugar or a mixture of cinnamon and sugar and bake for 10 minutes in the oven heated to 200 degrees.
