Instructions:

Cut meat, chicken and ham into strips.

Cut potatoes and peeled apple into cubes.

Mix with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and cook for half an hour. Mix several times.

For the sauce, chop gherkins, cornichons and shallots. Stir well with parsley and the mayo.

Dressing: Spread the well-washed lettuce leaves evenly on a shallow baking dish. Arrange the meat salad on top and top with the herb mayonnaise. Sprinkle with the nuts. Garnish this leaf salad with grapes and tomatoes cut into fans.

Serve with bread or fried potatoes.
