For the pumpkin parfait, bring the oil pumpkin to a boil with 50 g sugar, pumpkin liqueur and the juice of one lemon.

Beat 100 g sugar, eggs, egg yolks and kirsch until cold and fold the whipped cream into the mixture.

Fill the parfait mold and freeze.

Decorate the pumpkin parfait with mint and serve.
