For the dough, melt the butter and mix with the remaining ingredients until smooth.

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, then divide into 12 pieces, fill each with a nougat ball (the nougat should be cooled) and form into dumplings.

Simmer the dumplings in lightly salted water for about 15 minutes on low heat. Then roll them in nut crumbs.
