For the meat juice, in a large saucepan, bring salted water to a boil with the ingredients, then reduce the temperature and gently bubble the meat juice for 10 minutes. Boil again and add the salmon slices to the bubbling water. Immediately reduce the temperature repeatedly, the water must not make more, and the fish 5-10 min. in the meat juice, take out and bring to the table on the spot.

Boiled, peeled potatoes, sour cream and cucumber salad go well with it, but so do vegetables such as cauliflower.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
