To serve:


Bring salted water to the boil in a large saucepan. Add the linguine and broccoli and cook for about 10 minutes until al dente.

Drain, drain thoroughly.

Mix the linguine, broccoli and ham with the cheese sauce and heat over a very low heat, but do not let it bubble up again.

Put everything in a preheated serving bowl, sprinkle with pepper and serve together with the fresh bread.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
