For the cream of broccoli soup, first clean the broccoli and divide it into small florets. Cook the broccoli with a vegetable soup cube and herb salt until soft.

Then strain the liquid and puree the broccoli using a hand blender and add some clear soup and stir in the cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
