For scalloped ham croissants, first cook the croissants in enough salted water until al dente. Then strain and drain well.

In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the ham. Coarsely grate the cheese. Cut the chives into fine rolls.

Grease a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Mix half of the cheese with eggs, sour cream, chives, salt and pepper.

Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the onions in it. Add ham and green beans. Add the croissants. Pour this mixture into the baking dish. Pour the sour cream mixture on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Place in oven for about half an hour.

Portion the baked ham croissants and serve.
