Spaghetti with Broccoli

Try this delicious pasta dish:

1. clean broccoli, cut into roses, cook in boiling hot salted water for 3-4 minutes. Remove, rinse and drain. Remove outer leaves from white cabbage. Halve cabbage lengthwise, cut halves diagonally into 1 cm wide strips. Clean chili pepper and cut into rings. Peel lemon peel thinly with a zester, blanch in boiling hot water for 10 seconds, pour into a colander, rinse and drain. Squeeze 3-4 tbsp juice of one lemon. Fry pine nuts and breadcrumbs separately in two frying pans. Cut tomatoes in half and remove the stalks.

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Pour into a colander and drain, reserving 350 ml pasta water. Heat 30 g butter in a frying pan.

Steam broccoli and chili in it for 2 min until soft, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add white cabbage, lemon peel, lemon juice, tomatoes and pine nuts and steam for 1 minute. Add pasta and water and stir through. Add remaining cold butter, cook until creamy and sprinkle with breadcrumbs on plates.
