For the chocolate-vanilla cake with fruit layer, beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. and sift in flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Preheat oven to 170C.
Pour batter into a greased springform pan and bake for 30 minutes. Let cake cool and cut in half horizontally. Place one half in the springform pan.
Prepare first pudding package with 1/2 liter of milk and pour into springform pan, let cool for 10 minutes and place second cake part on top.
Now prepare another pudding and spread on top. Put the cake in the refrigerator. Mash strawberries and mix with a sip of water or fruit juice.
Prepare cake gelatin as described on the package and stir in the strawberry puree.
Free fruit layer on the cake, let it harden and carefully loosen the springform pan. Serve the chocolate and vanilla cake with the fruit layer.
