For the egg pasta with ham and cheese, cook the pasta according to instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente (firm to the bite). Drain, briefly rinse with cold water and drain.

Cut the ham into fine cubes. Heat some butter or oil in a pan and sauté the ham in it. Add freshly chopped thyme and mix in the drained Fleckerl.

Add whipped cream and stir briefly. Add the cheese, stir again briefly and finally beat in the eggs. Allow to set briefly until the eggs are nice and creamy. Season the egg noodles with ham and cheese with salt and pepper.
