For the chocolate pudding, mix all ingredients with 3 – 4 tablespoons of the milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to the boil in a saucepan. Stir the smooth mixture into the milk and let it thicken at a medium temperature until you reach the desired consistency (2 – 3 minutes).
Pour into two bowls, if desired put another piece of chocolate in the middle and enjoy the chocolate pudding still warm or even cold.
