Instructions:

Peel the cucumber, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into 5 mm thick slats. Lightly brown them in a sauté pan with the butter, add the cream, season with salt and pepper and simmer a little.

Add the diced tomatoes and dill to the sauce.

Serve with poached fish, grilled meat or simply with dry rice.
