Clean lamb’s lettuce, drain leaves and dry with a fresh kitchen towel. Coarsely chop tree nuts, leaving a few half seeds for garnish. Mix diced onion and chopped tree nuts with the leaf lettuce in a baking dish. For the dressing, mix yogurt with pepper, salt, mustard, oil and sugar. Season vigorously and pour carefully over the leaf lettuce, let sit for ten minutes. Arrange in a large baking dish and garnish with half the tree nuts.
Baking time 20 min.
Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
