For the ham buns, defrost the puff pastry and the 8 herb mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Peel the onion and chop very finely.

Cut ham and cheese into small cubes.

Mix sour cream with onion, ham and cheese cubes and the herbs, season with salt and pepper.

Spread the mixture on the leaf part (leave the edges free) and roll it up.

Cut slices about 2 cm wide with a sharp knife and place on the baking sheet.

Bake the ham buns on the middle rack for about 20 minutes and serve lukewarm.
