For the tomato ring, season the tomato juice with the lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Soak gelatin in cold water according to instructions and squeeze well. Dissolve in 3 tablespoons hot tomato juice.
Add to the seasoned tomato juice while stirring, making sure there are no lumps. Pour tomato juice into a ring mold and let set.
To serve, dip in hot water and invert the tomato ring.
