For the cheese sticks with dried tomatoes, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, chop the pine nuts a little coarser.

Coat 2 slices of puff pastry each with oil on one side. Then place the tomato sticks, oregano and half of the cheese on top. Then place the other puff pastry slice on top and press down firmly.

Dust the work surface with flour and roll out each puff pastry package with a pastry roller to a size of about 12 by 24 cm. Beat the egg and brush the pastry sheets with it, then sprinkle with cheese, pine nuts and sea salt.

Cut the sheets into 5 cm long strips and turn them inside. Place on the baking paper and put in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
