White beans in a saucepan in 2 liters. Soak in 2 liters of water and leave for one night. The next day, heat them in the soaking water with the beef broth and cook them for 70 minutes. Half an hour before the end of the cooking time, add the cleaned, washed, drained, chopped greens.

Cut the streaky bacon into cubes. Cook in a frying pan until translucent. Fry the peeled, diced onions in it until golden brown. This takes 5 min. Set aside. Strain soup through a sieve. Season with salt and pepper. Add the bacon and onion mixture. Also add the peeled Frankfurter sausages cut into thick slices. Heat for 5 minutes. Rinse, dry and chop the parsley. Sprinkle on the soup and bring to the table.
