For the Mediterranean chicken legs, prepare a marinade of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, thyme, oregano and rosemary and brush the chicken legs with it.

Leave the meat to marinate for a few hours (preferably overnight) and roast in the oven at 180°C for about 1 hour.

In the meantime, wash the potatoes and cut them into slices about ½ cm thick. Place the slices on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, brush with olive oil and salt.

Bake the Mediterranean chicken legs in the oven for 45 minutes at 180° C.
