Instructions:

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Oil, sugar, eggs, Fanta and vanilla sugar in a Weitling form and stir with a hand mixer. Mix flour and baking powder and add. Mix well with the hand mixer. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Brush a baking tray with oil and pour the batter onto it. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes and then cool.

For the glaze, squeeze half the lemon and stir with the powdered sugar until you have a smooth paste. This is best done with a small whisk. Apply the glaze to the cake and dry a little.

Cut the cake into triangles. Place a tall glass of Fanta in the center of the cake plate and place the cake triangles around it. Decorate as desired with orange slices and lemon balm.
