For the leaf spinach salad with crispy bacon, place the bacon on a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast at 160°C for about 13 minutes until it is nice and crispy.
For the dressing, mix well the sesame seeds, sesame oil, maple syrup and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Slice the radishes into thin wedges and mix into the spinach along with the Land-Leben baked peas and dressing.
Arrange the salad in a bowl, break the bacon into small pieces and garnish the salad with them. Serve the spinach salad with crispy bacon immediately.
