A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients , rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Cut a template from cardboard 8-9 cm long in the shape of a pointed oval. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm and use the template to cut the dough into cookies the size of an egg. Bake the cookies on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool. Mix pudding powder with 3 tbsp. milk, mix with egg yolks. Boil remaining milk with sugar.

Stir in pudding powder and bring to a boil. Beat butter until creamy. When pudding and butter have the same heat, stir pudding into butter. Reserve 3 tbsp buttercream for decorating. Fold cocoa powder into remaining cream mold. Cut the sponge cake base into small cubes. Bring sugar and water to a boil, pour over sponge cake cubes and let stand for half an hour with lid closed. Sponge cake cubes carefully mix into the butter cream.cubes should not fall apart.Put the Krem igelfoermig on the cookies. Set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.Chocolate – fat glaze melt in a water bath. Stick the almond sticks on the hedgehogs.Dip hedgehogs in chocolate- fat icing and cool on a cake rack. With remaining buttercream nose and eyes aufspritzen.So, that’s it… let you taste them
