For the chicken-vegetable pan, wash, dry and cut the chicken into small pieces. Fry the diced onion in a pan until translucent, add chicken pieces and fry until almost golden brown.

Then add the chopped vegetables and continue frying until the chicken is golden brown and the vegetables are soft.
