A simple but delicious cake recipe:

This cake takes a tiny bit of patience, but looks finished like the Usa flag and makes the “baker” just as much of a star.

Preheat stove to 220 degrees. Place dough on large rectangular sheet back lined with parchment paper. Prick dough a few times with a fork. If possible, weigh down with a second parchment paper and a second baking sheet.

Bake in the center of the heated oven for about 15 minutes. Remove top baking sheet and paper after in about 10 min, finish baking cake layer, remove, cool slightly on a rack. Brush with cake glaze, then cool completely.

For filling, whip cream about 1/2 minute, add cream holder, whip until stiff. Add low-fat quark, vanilla sugar and sugar and mix until combined. Fold in raspberries exactly. Spread amount evenly on cake layer and smooth.

For the garnish (drawing the flag) place the grid with the cake base diagonally on the table.

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff, put it in a piping bag with a flat nozzle form (alternatively serrated nozzle). Arrange the blueberries on the top left to form a rectangle of about 18x13cm. For the seven red stripes, place one row of raspberries on top of each filling, spacing them a tiny bit apart. Top and bottom edges are red! Use the cream to pipe stripes between the raspberry stripes.
