Try this delicious cake recipe:

First prepare the dampfl, then from flour and the remaining ingredients (without the raisins) a softened yeast dough, let the dough rise briefly and pound it once together. Roll out the dough to the thickness of half a finger, divide it into three strips, spread the curd on one strip, the walnut filling on the second strip and the poppy seed filling on the third strip (spread lengthwise), roll it up and place the two strips alternately in a buttered, floured gugelhupf pan (fill only 2/3 of the pan), let it rise and bake it. When cool, turn out of the pan and sugar over.

Batzerlkuchen is prepared according to the above recipe. Make a braid from the three different strips of dough and put it in a convertible mold. Leave to rise, brush with egg and bake.
