Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Mix the mince with the ingredients and form balls. Soak the glass noodles in cold water (about 1 hour). Drain the water.

Heat the oil and fry the onions until golden.

Pour in clear soup, add the meatballs and spices. When the soup boils properly, pour in the beaten egg. Simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat. Add the noodles and simmer on low heat for another 3 minutes. Bring to the table hot.

This is a universal recipe. Of course, you can also make it with a piece of beef or chicken (cut into small pieces). Furthermore, you can vary the soup with different vegetables: spinach, white cabbage, Chinese cabbage or chard are great additions.

To change the taste of the soup you can also add sesame oil or a little bit of chili spice. I (R.Schnapka) also add a little bit of garlic to almost all dishes.
