Omelet dough:




Mix well all the ingredients for the omelet dough and rest for 30 min.

For the filling, coarsely chop the spinach, mix with the cream cheese and season.

Bake narrow crÂpes from the omelet dough, fill with the spinach-cheese mixture and roll up.

For the sauce, heat the butter. Saute flour so that it does not take color. Extinguish with milk. Stir well and simmer on low heat for 5 min. Season and fold in the cream.

Pour the sauce into a buttered baking dish. Cut the crÂper rolls into slices about 3 cm thick and place them in the sauce. Bake in the heated oven up to 200 degrees for about 20 min.
