Put the flour in a large enough bowl, crumble the yeast in it, add the not too cold liquid, let it stand for a short time and then prepare a smooth yeast dough. Fold in the other ingredients. Leave to stand in a warm place with the lid closed.
After an hour, knead the dough once more and place it in a greased cupcake mold. Allow to rise again briefly.
Bake in a heated oven over medium heat for about 40 to 50 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
